In 2005 the Shipping and Transport college, by Neutelings Riedijk was finished on the Lloydquay. This sixtyfive metre high educational building has a persicoop like shape. The remarkable cantilivered conference room for 300 people sticks out on the westface of the 13.14th floor. The building has some 26 escalators to take you from the lobby all the way to the top in 12 minutes. The Shipping and Transport college is the largest and most specialised educational and training institute for Shipping, harbor, roadtransport, dredgecompanies and logistics. The institute provides vocational education for the age of 12 till 27.
