Nieuw Terbregge
Nieuw Terbregge is a new housing estate area for people who’d like to live in a rural environment but still close to the city.
At this scenic location, charming and energy friendly homes for rent and for sale have been realized. The area is located between the River Rotte and the A20 Motorway. On this stretched out piece of land a residential area emerged, consisting of some 860 dwellings in the style of American and Scandinavian housing from the 1930’s. Key elements of this style are the verandas, the wooden frontages, the platforms, the landing stages and the sloped and crossed over roofs.
