This post-war monument of Rotterdam still makes quite an impression after more than 50 years. This revolutionary design is big in its layout and besides offering countless metres of office space, it also has a complete car route going through out so products can be delivered all through the building. The building has been restored in 2001 bringing back the original features and colors on the inside as well as the outside. In 60 minutes you’ll see all sides to this unique building with the roof top terrace as apotheosis, giving you a big-city view on the inner-city of Rotterdam.
Our guides are very well informed on the developments of the new central station as an extra element to the tour. In the main hall of the Groot Handelsgebouw you will find an extensive scalemodel of the new design. The tour will stop by the scale model during the tour.
